Ernesto M. Bernadet – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Bernadet is the chairman of such companies as AMA Resources Inc, Santa Barbara copper Industries, Aetus Exploration, Electroquimica del Neuquén. Mr. Bernadet has operated Special Purpose Vehicle Companies since 1988 to manage leased airliners for several banks and leasing companies. Mr. Bernadet has successfully traded commercial airliners as one of the youngest and last of the American aviation independents. He has also closed several substantial airliner sales in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Mr. Bernadet also has a Bachelor of Science Astronautics and Aeronautics, from the University of Northrop in California.

Mr. Christian Van Haute - President
Mr. Van Haute, a native of Belgium, is Chairman and Co-founder of International Discount Corporation Group, and has over thirty years of experience in international finance and project management. He divides his interests between Europe, the Far East and the United States in pursuit of major development contracts in the emerging nations. He held the position of Managing Director of Armco Finance, S.A. in Zurich Switzerland. Mr. van Haute is fluent in English, French, German and Flemish. Graduate of Leuven University.
Laurie Attar - Secretary, Treasurer, Director
Ms. Attar is a native Floridian who has operated her own accounting practice since 1987. Ms. Attar has over 30 years experience in all areas of finance and accounting, with extensive work in the corporate environment. Her experience includes working with international corporations on 5 continents, in over 60 different countries. Ms. Attar has experience in working with the freight forwarding industry, corporate & residential international appraisal companies, the hospitality industry, the manufacturing industry, the real estate industry, business start-ups, and others. She has been responsible for assisting numerous companies in reaching their fullest development and income potentials. Her involvement with international banking laws and regulations, customs laws and regulations, all forms of transportation, computer technology, business administration, and management skills.

Mr. Horacio Garkus: Senior Geologist
Mr. Horacio Garkus has nearly 14 years of experience as a geologist in Argentina. His previous employment experience includes geological consulting work on a number of gold, silver, copper, zinc, and diamond projects throughout South America, as well as having worked for companies such as Triton Mining (1994-1997), where he initiated and managed the company’s exploration activities throughout Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Peru and Brazil. Most recently, Mr. Garkus was involved in the evaluation of the mining processes and extraction technology being used at the Collahuaima gold mine for Polipetrol SA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and is also a licensed geologist in Argentina.
The executive staff has entered into an employment contract which provides for the payment of reasonable salary and benefits and in addition a golden parachute agreement with the Company providing them with additional compensation guarantees in the event a majority of the stock in the Company is sold or substantially all of the assets in the Company are sold Company officers shall also be entitled to medical and dental benefits as approved by the board of directors. In addition, performance bonuses will be adopted permitting additional compensation based on the Company meeting or exceeding specific sales and profit goals.
Mr. Miguel A. Fortt, Senior Mining Engineer and project manager, a native of Chile has over forty years experience in the copper mining field as well as other minerals. Mr. Fortt is a graduate of Universidad de La Serena, Chile with a Bachelors of Science degree in mine engineering as well as a graduate degree in mine engineering from the University of Berkeley, California.
His vast experience includes, contract open-pit mining services to compañía Minera del Pacífico, including grade control, blasting road construction. Ore hauling and crushing for approx. 500 tpd mill feed to the Cº Imán processing plant from the Mina Margarita Fe. Mine, Copiapó (III), Chile; employed 90 persons. He provided contract underground mining service and road construction for Rio Algom Chile at the 1.500 tpd Mina Escondida Cu. Ag. Mine, Co. Blanco Districts, Copiapó (III), Chile, including shaft construction, drifting, raising, stopping, employed 150 persons.
Provided contract building foundation construction, including blasting and earthmoving for C.G.C. Construcciones, Caldera (III), Chile employed 36 persons. Provided contract underground de-watering for Codelco Chile at the Chuquicamata copper mine, Chuquicamata (II), Chile; employed 40 persons. Provided contract brines project, I.I.G. Chile, Atacama Salar; employed 86 persons.
He worked as mine superintendent in Charge of Cu. Au. in underground mining for Cía. Minera Ojos del Salado, at Mina Resguardo, Mina Santos and Mina Carmen in the Sierra Punta del Cobre and Sierra Galliguillos District, Copiapó (III), Chile; responsible for development, production (1.500 tpd utilizing LHD techniques), grade control to meet mill requirements; managed 160 employees.
He was a professor of mine engineering at Universidad de Atacama, Copiapó (III), Chile, Teaching all aspects of mining, including cost analysis, preparation of feasibility studies and proyect scheduling, responsabilities included maintaining contacts with the mining industry and assisting placement of students.
