AMA enters into agreement with Blue Horizon Energy, Canada to joint venture the exploitation of La Cuprosa, La Barrosa, Yarabi Norte and La Nuestra copper deposits to produce 400 TPM of Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate. This production has been consigned to FONDEL Commodities, Rotterdam, Netherlands. The JV will establish a Newco named Blue Horizon Mining and will enter the Canadian Stock Exchange on or about August, 2010.

Advanced Exploration from Toronto, Canada has shown interest in the Neuquen Basin Red Bed Copper deposits and the Diente Verde deposit. A trip is being arranged for inspection of the sites in March or May.
